How to Read Flight Data (Blackbox Files)

1， Prepare a FAT32 format memory card with a size of 16GB or less (including 16GB).

（We recommend using Speedybee's 8GB Class10 high-speed card. It has been extensively tested by us and proven to be stable and reliable.）

If it is not FAT32, right-click and select "Format". Please format it to FAT32.

 

2， Insert it into the SD card slot of the flight controller.

 

3， Connect the flight controller to the configurator, navigate to the BlackBox page, and enable the Blackbox flight data recorder option. Set the Blackbox logging device option to "On-board SD card slot."

 

4，Read the Blackbox files.

Afterward, during each flight, the Blackbox will record a segment of data (LOG) every time you unlock the drone.

Navigate to the CLI command line, type `MSC`, and press Enter. The flight controller will reboot and be recognized by the computer as a USB drive.

Click to open the USB drive, then click on the "LOGS" folder to view the Blackbox flight data recorded by the flight controller.

 

 

Handling Abnormal Situations:

 If the Blackbox page cannot be opened or if there are issues with reading the SD card:

1,  Please try typing `set blackbox_device = SDCARD` in the CLI command line, press Enter, and save the settings.

2， The issue might be caused by using a low-quality SD card. We recommend using Speedybee's 8GB Class10 high-speed card, which has been extensively tested and proven to be stable and reliable.
