If your flight controller's LED control mode goes back to SB_LED after every power cycle, that means you need to update the firmware for the wireless chip.
Prepare
- SpeedyBee App
- Android version ≥ 1.7.6, download now
- iOS version ≥ 1.7.1, download now
- A piece of SpeedyBee F7V3
Step1: Enter the firmware update interface
Open the SpeedyBee App, click the Menu button in the upper right corner, enter the "Setting" page, and then enter the "WiFi Firmware update" page.
Step2: Download the firmware
After entering the "WiFi firmware update" interface, select SBF7V3 in the "Firmware type", select 0.8.4 or other version you need, and then click "Start firmware update".
Please make sure your phone or tablet has internet access in order to download the firmware.
Step3: Connect SpeedyBee F7V3
When the firmware download is complete, the firmware update will start automatically after connecting your FC.
Please pay attention that during the process of connecting the FC, the system will pop up a prompt: “Speedy Bee" Wants to Join WLAN Network "SpeedyBee F7V3"? Please click "Join".
Step4: Wait for the firmware to finish upgrading
During the process of firmware upgrade, the system may pop up a prompt asking which way will you choose to access the Internet. Please rest assured to choose, whether you choose to use cellular network or WiFi, it will not affect the firmware upgrade.
When you see that the progress has reached 100%, and "Firmware Update Succeeded" in the log output window, it means the firmware upgrade is complete!
