How can we configure the DJI FPV remote controller 2 in the F405 V4 flight controller?

1.  Wiring

Please refer to the connection method in the figure below as an example, which includes both soldered and plug-in methods.

2. Bind

(1)Please verify if the firmware version of the air unit is correct.

For O3 AIR UNIT

Kindly update the air unit, goggles, and remote controller with the following firmware versions.

For other AIR UNIT：

If one flies an Air-Unit equipped FPV drone with Goggles V1/V2 and FPV Controller 1, firmware 01.00.0608 is the one to use.

If one flies an Air-Unit equipment FPV drone with Goggles 2 and Controller 2, the firmware should be 01.01.0000

  (2) Press the bind button on the Air Unit, and the red indicator light of the Air Unit will stay on to enter the binding mode. Press the bind button on the Goggles, and the Goggles will beep and enter the binding state, waiting for a successful binding.

(3) Press the bind button on the Air Unit, and the red indicator light of the Air Unit will stay on to enter the binding mode. Hold down the power button on the remote controller until it beeps and enters the binding mode, then wait for a successful binding.

3. Settings

(1) Open the MSP communication (OSD) option on UART 1 and the Serial Rx (Receiver) option on UART 2 in the Ports tab of Betaflight.

(2) Set the receiver protocol to SBUS in the Receiver tab of Betaflight.

如果设置完接收方协议后，接收方通道全部变成白色（如下图）。

请检查使用的固件版本是否高于 Betaflight 4.4.0。

Betaflight 4.4.0版本更新了Cloud-Build功能，刷入固件前需要提前选择接收机协议（默认接收机协议为SBUS、CRSF、GHST）。

(3) Open the remote controller settings on DJI Goggles and check if the SBUS Baud Fast protocol is enabled.
