The Betaflight 4.4 firmware introduces the Cloud build function, and the functions that are not selected when flashing the firmware will not be available.
1. Set the type of receiver you are using.
(1)Select the receiver protocol you want to use when flashing.
(2)If the receiver protocol selected on the receiver page of the Betaflight configurator is different from the protocol selected when flashing the firmware, the situation in the figure below will appear. FC also cannot communicate with the receiver normally (Arming disable flags display: Rx_Failsafe ).
2. Select the Telemetry Protocol of the receiver you want to use.
Note: Some protocols (such as: crsf) can be used normally if you select None.
3. Select the ESC protocol to be used.
If the selected ESC protocol is different from the ESC protocol when flashing the firmware, the motor will not be able to rotate.
And when you open the Motors page, you will see the following prompt:
4. Select the function you want to use (such as: gps, led).
(1)If the function set in the Betaflight configurator is not selected when flashing the firmware, FC will not save the relevant settings (the relevant settings will be cleared after saving).
Take the LED and Servo functions as an example: If you did not select LED Strip and Servos when flashing:
But you have enabled SERVO_TILT and LED_STRIP on the Configuration page of the Betaflight configurator,
After saving and reconnecting, the settings will be automatically turned off.
