1. Open the SpeedyBee-Receiver-Updater executable file (download from the attached file below)
2. Press and hold the button on the goggles receiver, then connect it to the computer with a USB cable. Release the button once you hear a 'dong' sound.
3. Click on the dropdown menu button to the right of the "USB device serial no.", and then select the serial number.
4. Click Download
5. After the progress bar is complete, it will display Download succeed
6. Recalibrate after the firmware update.
The following are the steps for calibration.:
Step One:
1. Remove the two antennas from the receiver module and ensure there are no active VTX nearby.
2. Choose a frequency point (taking A1 (5865MHz) as an example), then enter the calibration menu,
and start calibration by pressing the 5 directional key in the menu.
3. After the calibration is completed, the screen will display the calibration status and tell you whether the calibration was successful.
Step Two:
1. Power on the VTX, set the power to 25mW and set the frequency point to A1 (5865MHz).
2. Keep the VTX about 1 meter away from the receiver. In the calibration interface,
press the 5 directional key to start the calibration.
3. After the calibration is completed, the screen will display the calibration status and tell you whether the calibration was successful
If the calibration fails, it may be caused by the following reasons:
1. In the first step of calibration, if the VTX is not disabled or another VTX is using the same channel transmitting nearby, Please ensure to disable the VTX during calibration, or move to an area with less interference for calibration.
2. In the second step of calibration, if the VTX is not enabled, or the receiver and the VTX are not set to the same channel, Please ensure that the VTX is enabled and both it and the receiver are set to the same channel.
