How to use Walksnail HD VTX for F405 V3 flight controller?

Connection Method：

Note: It is important to connect the Tx of the VTX to the Rx of the FC, and the Rx of the VTX to the Tx of the flight controller.

Setting

1. Please connect FC to the Betaflight configurator.

2. Enable on the Ports page：

（1）MSP of UART1.

（2）Peripherals VTX（MSP+Displayport）

Note: When using BF 4.3, (2) settings are not required.

（3）Click save.

3. Please set the required OSD elements on the OSD page and save.

4. Open the CLI command line and enter the following commands.

（1）When using betaflight 4.4 and above firmware

Please enter the command：

set vcd_video_system = HD

set osd_displayport_device = MSP
save

 

（2）When using Betaflight 4.3.2 and firmware versions below.

Please enter the command：

 

set displayport_msp_serial = 0

set osd_displayport_device = MSP
save
