If the following screenshot is displayed after connecting the ESC to BLHeli_suite, and the firmware cannot be reflashed normally, please refer to the steps below to reflash the firmware.
1. Please connect ESC to the ESC configurator.
Note: When connecting the ESC configurator, you need to close the Betaflight configurator and use a battery to power the ESC.

2. Click "read setup", and then select "Flash Firmware to this ESC".
3. Select the "Ignore inappropriate MCU and Layout" option before flashing.
Note: You need to manually select the ESC settings, you can refer to other three normal ESCs to choose.
After the flashing is completed, it can be recognized by BLHeli_suite normally.

Thanks for the information. I thought that i had ruined my esc tried everything. Then i checked on your Product page and there it was what to do when unknown appears on esc. With this article it was very easy to fix. Thanks Speedybee only thing is i wish i found it before I ordered a new esc well I guess i will have a Spare if something Happens.
