Would you please try the following steps one by one? If the current step doesn't work, then go to the next step.
- Check if all the screws in the frame are well-screwed and check if all the propellers are installed tight. The flight controller stack should be installed tight in the right way, see Chris Rosser's advice here:
2. Enable bidirectional DShot in the SpeeyBee app:
Then enable by RPM feature in the BLHeli32 configurator to see if it helps(To enable “By RPM“, you need to flash the latest BLHeli32.9 firmware, then simply set PWM Frequency Low to “16KHz” or “24KHz”, and set PWM frequency High to “By RPM”.)
3. Try to downgrade the FC firmware to BF4.2.11 using the firmware file as attached. You could do it in the SpeedyBee, make sure to use the following URL:

Please list the following info to us:
- Frame model name
- Motor size and the KV value(Learn more)
- Using 6S LiPo or 4S?
Please also send us a flight video to show the issue and capture another video to show how you mount the flight controller stack in your quad.
