What to do if there's no LED is showing up on my TX800 VTX?

TX800 can only take 5V input, so make sure not to power it at 5V above. Did you ever power it at 5V above?

If you long-press the button on the VTX, will you see any LED that can light up?

Can you see if any LED indicators will turn on or blink when you apply power to the VTX? Please take off the heat sink to expose the LED indicators on the board and send us a video to show the booting process. We need to check the status of the LEDs.

Please also send us up-close and in-focus clear photos of both sides of the VTX as well as your purchase screenshot(including your purchase date).
